Both in perfect shape, the loveseat is in fact as new: it was almost never sat on! From smoke/pet free house.
Both 35'' high, 38'' deep, sofa 84'' wide, loveseat 64'' wide.
The blue color of the loveseat is one tint lighter than the blue
of the sofa, bought and made to measure like that at Mariette Clairmont in Montreal.
The pictures show them in a lighter tint that they actually are.
