Mega Events driving distance from Ottawa
« on: December 15, 2014, 20:40:14 »
Hello all,

We have just reached our 1900th milestone, and are hoping to get our 2000th at a Mega-Event.

Based on our historical statistics:
- GC4G0YQ (Avalanche 2015, 10e Ă©dition) is likely too early on Feb 21 (and is not yet classified as a Mega).
- GC5FPJB (Discover L&A County Geocaching Event 2015) is likely too late on Aug 22.

I was wondering if one of you knows whether we have any other option, driving distance from Ottawa, ideally some time in the Spring?

COG Spring Fling is also a Mega, but I heard a rumour it was not happening in 2015.

Correct, no COG Spring Fling this June, so the Allegheny State Park GeoBash, GC5C4TV, is your best bet....
