Jeffrey's Exif viewer, http://regex.info/exif.cgi, is very useful for viewing photo data including geotags in the image.
It's especially powerful when used with a FireFox browser.

Under "Satellite images of Ottawa" there is a link to City of Ottawa's geoportal http://apps104.ottawa.ca/emap/

It is definitely worth mentioning that they have posted their 2011 imagery of City of Ottawa (and then a bit more). This is very good imagery, and this will be the most up to date you'll see online for Ottawa for the next couple years. I think Google's imagery for Ottawa is 2008, 3 years older. Check it out!
