Converting large binary numbers to decimal

What tool can I use to convert a large binary number to decimal?
such as

Are you sure this is binary? What cache does this come from?

How many characters, 1's and 0's?
Take the square root and make a grid. For example 100 characters make a 10 x 10 grid. Then see if the digits form an image. I've seen that used before.

I thought this looked familiar. This is Sammy South Mountain. It is not binary. There was a code guy named Sammy (sort of).
