Sample Containers...

You know what I am talking about, those bright orange lids on clear containers that doctors ask you to fill..  I over heard someone discussing how he had recently picked up a few, but I don't know if they have been used as cache containers.  Do they hold up to the weather?

I think so.

I got a whole lot of them recently from ShadowB6, who works at the Ottawa Hospital. No, they are unused, but no longer considered sterile since they had 'expired'. They are lying about at your doctor's office....

the few that I have found were all in great shape. Good seal (with good reason) and the plastic seams to hold up well to our Canadian elements. Once camo'ed, no one will know the difference... hopefully.  ;)
