I've tried this site a couple of times.

They have a neat online tool called the Group Geocaching Tool.

What it does is that Cacher A uploads their caches not found GPX file, then Cacher B uploads his/her's, then it spits out a GPX file of caches that both of them haven't found.  Therefore a single cacher doesn't have to return to a cache that they have already found.

Kinda neat, they also have other stuff to check out.

You can also do this using GSAK, but you would be violating Terms of Use by sharing your gpx files...
